Chauffeured Transportation Certification Program

Developed in conjunction with the National Safety Council, the Chauffeured Transportation Certification Program is designed to recognize and reward quality service and safety. Encompassing four levels of training for chauffeurs, the program also offers a Safety Assurance program for business owners - providing the chauffeured transportation industry with inform safety standards and training materials. The Chauffeured Transportation Certification Program was, in large part, developed by transportation operators nationwide. It is the only program endorsed by the National Limousine Association (NLA) and will be reviewed by its Board annually, making the program a living document, continually modified to reflect industry and client evolution.

Carey Indiana Receives National Recognition For Safety

March 13, 1999

New York, NY - Carey Indy Connection (now Carey Indiana) of Indianapolis, IN received the Industry Achievement Award after becoming one of the nation's first transportation companies to qualify for national certification in safety and service quality. On hand to present the award were Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous personality Robin Leach, Neil Boot, Executive Director for the National Safety Council, and Wayne J. Smith, Executive Director of the National Limousine Association. Smith said, "we applaud Carey Indy Connection achieving this important new industry standard."
